Top service in Prague with an amazing customer orientation and "nothing is impossible" attitude! I had yellow-is display on iPhone 6. Other repair shops been proposing replacement of the whole display, while here the solution was in replacement of the glass. Result is great and it had saved me some reasonable costs, while all went super fast. I can really recommend this repair shop.
After taking my phone to 3 different repair centres in Prague, I was lucky I found this place. He explained to me in detail what the fault was, how much it would cost and how long it would take. I decided to not do it as the phone already had few other problems. In 2 minutes, he brought me another phone with slightly chipped screen and told me I could have it because he felt sorry for my misfortune as a tourist. What a nice guy. In the end, I did give him some money and I have been using this phone for 1 day and is working fine. Has signal and can use internet. All I need. Thank you very much sir. Best repair mobile shop in Prague.My LCD screen was broken and due to the phone model it was not easy to repair or recover the data,Tomas gave me some trusty advices and several solutions,when compared with other repair shops I realised he was accurate and even gave me alternatives other shops didnt give me other than paying 2200 czk...Quickly,cheap,perfect service..he even taught me how to do a backup of my phone or even how I could fix it myself.Really trusty and fair guy and I highly recommend this business.Thanks!
After 40 years in the tech business, I am not often impressed. But this amazed me. Tomas is quite an extraordinary guy delivering a quite amazing service. Profoundly knowledgeable, my Samsung and iphone both fixed. Super-friendly, service delivered while you wait. Prices were very reasonable. I suggest call or use his Fb to make an appointment (don't just turn up like I did, he wasn't there). He also speaks English. Whole-heartedly 100%, *****, recommended!
