Extremely lazy and rude person that haven't had discipline yet. I went to buy strings today, and I saw the seller there playing on a guitar(obviously not working) and I asked a simple question if they had Dunlop guitar strings and a String gauge measure, so I can buy them. And the lazy kid said they don't give consultations and ran away.... If they worked for me I would get rid of them with flying kicks. The Idiocracy we live in folks.

Bought a ukulele from the website and as soon as we tried tuning it, it broke. Literally 5 minutes out if the box. We came in to try and exchange or return it and were told that we must've been \doing something stupid\ and that we \didn't know what we were doing\. This is the our third ukulele, we know how to tune one. In addition, they wouldn't even consider it because we didn't have proof of purchase from them. Other than the several emails and invoice. It left with my fiance literally in tears. I have never felt so blatantly insulted by staff.
Good selection of products. However they completely screwed up my delivery, stating on their website that I have two delivery addresses. Whilst I waited for the package I was unsure of where it would end up, and to no surprise they sent it to the wrong place. Also after sharing this issue with them through a message service on their website they still didn't get back to me. NOT HAPPY!
Clerk was not interested in showing me wares but otherwise helpful.

Large guitar store, with great variety of guitars and they also have ukeleles. Friendly staff attended me and explained everything well, giving me the possibility to change the ukelele bag I was buying if it wasn't the right size (as I didn't know the size of the ukelele)
useless customer service i wanted to return an item and they said that they couldnt guarantee that it will be accepted but that they will take it and try. I wanted for 2 weeks without receiving any notice from the return department so I called and they told me they did not receive anything so I went to the store and it turned out that they did not even bother to send the item because it would not have been accepted they did not think of calling me and telling me to come and pick it up.So I just spent 2 weeks waiting for nothing will not be buying from the physical or online store again
