Really love my individual sessions. I have also done the Power Pilates there in the past and really enjoyed that too. Friendly and small enough not to feel part of a production line, but big enough that you get good, friendly instruction and support.

Rozhodne doporucuji! Lekce jsou vedeny pestre a profesionalne. Studio si zaklada na tom, ze neni masove, takze tu najdete opravdu individualni pristup a mate jistotu, ze se naucite cvicit spravne. Prostredi ciste, utulne.
