Horrible Service. We arrive to eat and no one was in the restaurant and it was around 8.30pm, yet first they looked at us disrespectfully, from top to bottom and then lied to our face that they don't cook anymore. Yet, everywhere, even on their own site it shows 11pm and constant deliveries. Definitely horrible terrible service. The people who work there should not be in business of people! They look down on you and refuse to serve. Stay away.
Delicious schnitzel, I highly record the meat platter which has pork, beef, and chicken schnitzel. Of course one must also get a Pilsner Urquel too

I'm really excited about my visit to this hotel and restaurant, I was staying here for 5 nights. Great prices for comfortable accommodation. The hotel is in the center of Prague. Staff were friendly and kind. In the restaurant I had lunch and dinner every day. And every meal was great. I have tried many kinds of cutlets, but also smoked meats. I love this place! 10 stars! :D
I have been visiting this restaurant for years and it's only getting worse. I wonder when was the last time they changed their frying oil - the schnitzels had black spots from old bread crumbs. After we told the waitress, we got a weird stare instead of an apology. The potatoes were so greasy I felt sick for several hours.
Hi! I'm so glad I could visit this restaurant! My friend lives here, in czech republic and recommended to me this restaurant-I wanted a typical Czech meal. And thats it!!! I love it here! Nice waiters, really great food! and so lovely place. I'm sorry to have to leave, surely I will come to Prague and visit the Řízkárna! Thank you so much!
