I landed at the airport of Prague on Thursday 08/10/2020 at 20:56. I took a cab of this company (taxi.eu) at 21:09 to go to Prague 5. I arrived at destination at 21:32, so 23 minutes later (normal time for this travel). Once at destination, the driver asked me to pay 928 Kc. I told him that there must be a mistake: I live in Prague for 1 year and a half; and that was the first time that the exact same travel between the airport and my place costed me more than 600 Kc. The driver became aggressive and argued. I asked him for the receipt and he manually changed the amont on the receipt to 826 Kc (why suddenly this reduction of price ?), then asked me to pay. When I told him that I was paying by card, he again changed the amount and entered 750 Kc on his device. Please see below both receipts as a proof: the one of the taxi and the one after payment, received by email. Also, please note that the receipt says that the travel started at 20:44 and ended at 21:32, hence 48 minutes !!! This is absolutely impossible to take 48 minutes from the airport to Prague 5 at this time of the day ! This is the first time and the last time I'm dealing with Taxi.eu. I always used to travel with Tick Tack Taxi and they always have been very professional. Moreover, as stated above, the price always has been around 550 Kc. The last one was even 485 Kc, really far from 930 !!! It seems that either the driver thought I was a tourist and tried to scam me; or this company thinks it's legitimate to charge almost twice the price of the concurrence. Either way, I strongly do NOT recommend this company.

Absolutely disgusting experience, rudest taxi driver, who doesn't Know how to get to the requested address, but feels that it’s ok to comment on the health of my kids in a rude manner! More than that the starting price of our very short journey was 43 czk, and in the end we paid the amount that I’d normally pay for a premium taxi service. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, although I’m sure there are nice drivers too, but wouldn’t sacrifice my nerves and mood for a chance to ever see this one again and for sure the price you pay is not the cheapest, however the service and cars are.
I cannot advise anyone to use this service.Not only are the drivers rude,but the cars are often late,so if you want to wait for an hour,go on and chose them.

Ordered a car because I saw their rates online. Driver never called to let me know he arrived, as promised, and they literally sent a taxi from a different company with much higher rates. Not impressed at all. At least with AAA taxi, I always get what I want, and the dispatch people are at least pleasant and helpful, even at 5 am. Don't even think about calling these guys after 10, no one will answer.
I have booked this taxi for my guest. The quote on their website was 270 the dispatcher told me 340 and at the end the guest paid 600 kc even though the meter said 520 he thought the extra charge was for the 2 suitcases. A receipt wasn’t offered either. Not Happy ️
We were told we could pay by card at the airport kiosk and it was all over the taxi we were in. However, the driver refused to take anything but cash. His taxi number was either 630 or 730. He was an older guy with some kind of scar on his lip. It may just be this one driver as the lady at the kiosk was very nice. However, this extreme inconvenience is deserving of one star.
I Always had just great experiences with all drivers from this taxi company. The price is always right, drivers very kind. Never had any problem.
