Nice duty free shop, nice variety of products, one of the best I saw in Europe airports, but the prices that I got in the shops itself weren't as mentioned in the website. Seems unfair for me.

Absolutely disgraceful! How can cigarettes go up by 70kc in one go,when previous increases have been only 3-5kc. Absolute madness. Last time I shop here for cigarettes.

They gave me leaflet if i buy for 3000 Kč (100 quid) i'll get 20% discount. When i get to the cashier they refuse to make discount. Reasonable question - why they cheating passengers? Don't think i will use it next time.

Standard good duty free selection but quite rude staff at the tills. 3 ladies stood just laughing and chatting with each other so we had to approach them rather than being called over (which is fine but under the circumstance, kind of weird) and they proceeded to chat and giggle with each other through the whole transaction. No problem with people having fun while at work but at least tone it down while serving a customer!

Rude and racist Cashier. She thinks we don't understand Czech. We were paying for our chocolates and finding our Czech coins to pay. We put our money on the counter PROPERLY but the woman told her colleague that we 'threw' money at her rudely. Her colleague stared at us rudely thereafter. This attitude is uncalled for.

I said hello to Sales assistant at the till and gave my stuff. She said something in Czech, I didn’t understand and asked her to speak English to me, she kept speaking Czech, I asked again, she started to explain something to me in Czech and then started to laugh. I left without anything. That was the weirdest shopping experience in my life . Maybe she thought I speak Czech or Russian, but even though I stated otherwise she kept insisting not speaking English. Choice in this duty free is nice though. Well, thanks for saving my Money, if not her, I would spend too much

Redone completely some time ago. Remember that you still have to go through security, and be aware that the lines are sometimes pretty long.
