Because of the pandemic I did order a MTB online to be delivered in the store. The team did a good job in setting up the bike and Andrew (hope the name is correct), was very helpful in adjusting to my body and giving some advice. A service after 100km (sanity check, if everything is set-up well) is included, which shows me that they care and are interested to keep a customer happy.

It is actually ok. They have many products. Remember, that mostly those more expensive are on store. If you want low-cost, then you need to order via eshop. I want to mention, that simple pickup of order is always kinda slow. Everytime I met something, what slowed it down :). And once I was there, they told me, that waiting time for bicycle service will be 2 weeks. Ok, let's focus on advantages. Good prices in eShop, many products and it is near from my home .
I have ordered few things with request to split order to be able to pickup twice. After i picked up the first part, they never wrote about the second part. So I bought elsewhere.

Koloshop has reasonable prices, good stock, friendly staff, and a great website. If you need anything sorting with your bike, this is a good place to start
