Worst customer service ever, the most unhelpful staff ever see. I asked for just toasted my sandwich bag and they are say no when they have a hot-place in front of the counter. The products are very poor quality too. Staff without a smile. Never coming here again.

Worst customer service ever, the most unhelpful staff who look at you like you’re annoying them by wanting to do their job. I asked for no plastic bag for my muffin and thought the cashier is going to kill me with her gaze. The products are very poor quality too, a blueberry muffin only has a couple blueberries on top and inside it’s just cheap dough. Never coming here again.

Terrible customer service! Different prices (higher) in a cash register than on a price tag. When I complained, they acted as I caused that problem and didn't want to give me my money back.

Terrible customer service with unpleasant and unfriendly staff. Lady at the counter was literally shouting at people. I was mislead by the name "Hello", they do not speak a word of english (even if they are on the way from the airport to city center), and I clearly felt unwelcomed...

Koupila sem si dvě koblihy a obě tvrdé jak beton, to mě tak rozčílilo, že už tam chodím jen občas na párek v rohlíku kterej tam mají prostě nejlepší! I když za tu cenu..
