My flight was cancelled by the airline on 8/6/2020, since then I haven’t heard from them, refund form submitted, tried to visit the office, called, messaged, no answer! Very upsetting customer support, even low cost airlines proved to be more reliable and capable of doing their job! Wouldn’t recommend this airline even to an enemy...

Every single word written about this airline is correct. The worst \service\ we have ever encountered, from reception desk at the Prague airport (rude thin blond guy) through boarding (another rude thin blond guy) to the flight itself (in both directions). If good memories from your trip are important to you - avoid at all costs, literally.
My experience with this company was the most dissapointing. It's been almost 8 years ago when I had to change the plane in Prague, to fly to Hamburg and the staff told me to leave my hand lugagge in a separate place because the plane was too small and it could not allow that bag in the cabin. When I arrived to Hamburg, many of my goods were already stolen. I made a complaint to the police, they told me that I will receive some compensations, but they never came to me. And I never returned to them.
Zero quality of service! Never on time, aggressive personnel, old planes. The plane I traveled last time had missing armrest between seats and nobody cared.
Delayed every single time... The only reason why I take CSA is no other option on some routes. Low cost airline.
Horrible airline. If you book your ticket using a third party, the CSA makes you check-in your carryon. They call it Economy Lite. Only one personal item allowed. Would not fly with Czech Airlines again. This stupid policy delays boarding because many passengers are not aware of it and they have to surrender their carryons during the boarding.
From one of the best airlines CSA has become a joke these days. Worst than a low cost airline. Not at all reliable, they are either running late or changing the aircraft to a smaller, slower one or both. It's like they are surprised of their own scheduled flights and they are not ready.
I filled the online form for refund after my flight was cancelled. Still no answer after 2 months! Apparently, reading the comments, I’m not the only one in that situation.
