This is the spot for all electronics in Prague. The format of this store was click and collect way before covid, so they really know how to handle this. Shop online or in the showroom, pay at kiosk, pick up your stuff from the warehouse window when they call your number. Couldn't be easier, and they have a great selection.

It's been about 2 or 3 years, I usually buy electronic products at Alza, through their website or at the store. Very recomended for you. The service is good, they give 14 days to return the product if it is not as you expect, and money will be returned. It is very reliable and I don't have any objection to give it 5 stars.

Alza Is just amazing. The services and availability of goods are best in Prague. Lately, the waiting time increase to more than 15 minutes, even though they say that it's less than 10. At least they have an incredible variety of devices at the showroom for you to try out, so you'll spend your time entertained.

A true destination for electronics, cookware, toys, sports, beauty, media, pet and auto accessories stuff for all people of all ages. The holesovice location is one of the biggest store in Prague. They have multiple outlets for pickup and in store all over Praha. Though the current pandemic has affected the in store services badly, however the pickup delivery has ensured the delivery times are met on priority to keep all the enthusiasts eagerly waiting for their products. I will surely recommend to purchase from Alza.

I am not used to make bad reviews, but this time I have to. I was used to buy here everything, unfortunately lately the quality decreased significantly! 1 product out of 2 is broken and you have to lose time to bring it back. For Christmas I bought 1 refrigerator and 1 meat mincer. The meat mincer had missing pieces and it was closed with Scotch tape, so I brought it back and now the process of getting money back it is stuck because they say I have to bring the pieces back!!!! What???!!! Refrigerator even worse!!! Pretty expensive product (almost 20k) They brought me with some damages which they couldn't fix so I had to ask them to pick up and bring it them...I have waited almost 20 days, and now they don't want to give money back because they say there are missing pieces. They of course don't say what is missing...what could be missing from a refrigerator? This is a joke...

Easy access with both public transport and car - you can use 1h parking free of charge. Big showroom where you can check mainly phones / wearables, laptops, different TV models and smaller home appliances. Pick-up point for online orders is regularly crowded, but waiting times are usually reasonable (5-10min).
