Great place to stay. Staff was nice, they served high quality food for breakfast, metro station is nearby and it takes 5 minutes to get to the center. We even had issue with room's door, which was promptly fixed (they actually came to fix it before we even noticed any problem). And the price was nice.

things are good. Friendly employee. On the upper floors of the hotel I could look around. The ground floor of the hotel serves breakfast as rich and tasty, with watermelon, apple, apple pie, chocolate dessert. The staff at the breakfast is good and gentle
Ok before I came to the hotel I was depressed when I was reading the reviews but when I came to the hotel the rooms are not that bad as described and the staff is professional imho...and yes one cleaning lady is a gypsie lol, ok the bathroom is fairly spacious and is not a closet it just has a closet like doors (as you can see in the photo) to save on space, the air conditioner works! You just have to put you card in the socket near the door in order for it to start working but it takes a long time in order for it to cool the room (cca 45 min - 1 h -- from 27c to 19 c). You have a wide variety of food but its...ehhh bland as @#! (some dishes!)but nothing to spit at.All in all not the best hotel but certainly not the worst! Cheers!
Cool place for time travelers and atmosphere of the past seekers.
Mixed feelings about this hotel. The room was not that bad, although we were 4 people in the same room and 2 beds were not normal beds.it had an ok bathroom for the price and the quality of the hotel, the room had a good view and the space of the room was generally ok.The dinner service was a medium service, nothing special besides the local flavours that had.Breakfast was not just good, limited options and it was like everyone was lazy in both services(dinner and breakfast). The hotel as i was wondering around it was cold inside and it really suprised me negatively(i was wearing many clothes and still i was able to feel the cold like i was outside). The staff was not that good in terms of welcoming and behavior.the front desk guy was funny though everyone was laughing at him but the rest were not that good.the location of the hotel is on its plus as it is considerably close to the historic sights of Prague and also there is a supermarket few blocks away for any consumption. As for the price generally its an ok price for the quality that it offers but generally speaking,Prague is cheap and u wont need to afford much money.Ps my prospective view of experience was with my school back then and it was my first ever abroad travel and experience back then,so the way that may treat you might be different.Thats all i had to say
We visited this hotel during a school trip that took place this December. We arrived late at night at the location, and even though we booked our stay and payed in advance, the staff could not find our booking information. In the end they managed to find our booking information. We booked multiple rooms and we waited at least for 2 hours for them to be prepared. Rooms were small and dirty. One could find dismantled wallet outlets, light switches and broken lightbulbs. The door was not closing all the way and essentially there was no way to lock the door. Heating was insufficient. Even the towels were put on rusty metal bars. The staff did nothing when we complained about these problems. Here you can see some pictures of the nasty things we found in this hotel. AVOID THIS PLACE!
Best stay ever ... everything you want from a fabulous hotel
Great staff, room and equipment a bit dated, but clean, very good food. Great for short stay in Prague. Also, great location too. Not four stars really, I would say excellent three stars. Overall, recommended, have a nice stay there.
