I have been traveling almost everyday via bus from Teplice to Prague and vice versa. It’s been a year and the company has proven itself reliable in terms of taking me to Prague everyday. It was only once when bus was not available and we had to take the next one and i had to workout the refund process, but unfortunately i had to find out after calling customer service. One thing is the company never adjusts the time based on real arrival time, so first time bookers beaware! If your planning trips in combination with other transportation means. If bus is supposed to arrive 9:14, it never arrives at this time. Always add 15-30 minutes to it. Second of all, the arriva.cz reservation system is probably the worst, most time consuming system i have ever used. Sometimes it has bugs and it’s not possible to book a seat and the only way is to book through idos.cz. I have once reported a bug to technical support and they just denied that there is a bug. I sent evidence that i cant book a seat using screenshots from several devices but they never got back to me. The impression is that it’s a company that does bare minimum to run its operation and you cant expect much improvement. You just hope that things stay as is for as long as possible. But it takes me to where i need and takes me back hence 3 stars.
Yesterday my mother, my girlfriend and I drove with their bus at 10.20 from Pec pod Snezkou to Prague cerny most. There are several issues that we want to complain about. Firstly, there was no toilet on the bus during this trip, which took over 3.5 hours. Second, the driver was not ready to take a break for the toilet. This is an imposition on health on such a long journey. There were children and old people in the bus. Third, the driver has a passenger who had left the bus in Horice v Podkrkonosi briefly, although this was arranged with the driver, leave at the stop. This passenger also had his luggage in the bus. In my view, this behavior of the bus driver and thus the service of their company is a catastrophic achievement.

Hrozně bolí hlava, vlak je pomalý na to že je ychlík\,a zpoždění obrovské. Nikomu nedoporučuji arriva vlaky
Nestihl jsem spoj, protože předchozí vlak měl 30 minut zpoždění a arriva mi odmítá vrátit jízdné, přestože jsem ho nevyužil. Uděluji 1 hvězdu za tento nulový prozákaznický přístup. Že vám to za těch 30 Kč stojí. :) Mimochodem podobná situace se mi stala i u českých drah a tam mi peníze vrátili.
Jejich MHD je na vyzvracení se tam po podlaze dobré, ale na nic víc to rozhodně není
Každé existující slovo na světě ve všech jazycích pro tuto společnost je velmi slabé
