I randomly got a call from a Greek lady explaining the process, talking about the position, my expectations (including salary), and possibilities to grow. After agreeing on some terms I got an interview scheduled with the hiring manager who is from the Great Britain and about a week after that I had a video call with him. He pretty much wanted to know about me and my experience and seemed really nice at the beginning, even saying that I was at an early stage and that he really liked me. Before the end of the conversation, I was told by him that we will have a third interview the following week same day and at the same time to proceed on the third step of the process. I kept waiting and never received any call nor message until two weeks after. I even texted the hiring manager who simply ghosted me. When I received this decline notification I respectfully responded to the HR lady about it, and after that the hiring manager texted me saying that he was sick and forgot about it. To be honest I was super offended because you can tell the type of person you are facing when someone does something like that to you. If they hire people who do not care about potential employees, then probably it is not the best place to deal with. The British hiring manager never replied to me.
