Don't even want to give a star. hidden charges and poor quality services, This dental company literally ripped me off with 1400 czk hidden charges. and in total they charged me with 4100 czk just small 20 mins filling. out of which 500 czk was just for say hi hello and we will repair your teeth. so guys if you still wish you go to them, be careful. I would never recommend them.
Be ready to leave 14 000 czk for fixing 3 channel tooth. The service is so so as I wasted 4 months to get my tooth fixed. I guess they charge more if you are not native.
We were late for 15 minutes. We told that we were registered but were late. Our doctor left, but nobody told us about it. They made us to wait for an hour. After I asked, why they did not tell me at once that our doctor left. The girl told that it is such a system (?!). After we asked another doctor to examine us, we were told that we will be accepted in 1-2 mins. But after 45 mins more nothing happened. Terrible service!!! I do not recommend this clinic to your children.
Called in to set an appointment unfortunately the receptionist wasn’t very helpful. She told she will call me the next day once she had consulted with dentist any open date... never got a call since then...
Extremely expensive and not to be trusted. The do not want to provide detailed information about the prices and work.
