Waiting time for 8 hot wings 20 minutes without queue. If you have time try it but I’m not happy. Really weak customer service workers are talking instead of working.

I have had a horrible experience with the manner how I have been served at the kfc Harfa Praha 9 Vysocany. Emloyee Tomas started to throw my food in a very disrespectful manner on the plastic tray showing me his disgust that he had to serve me. I have raised the matter with a day duty manager, explaining to him how my food has been thrown on a tray in front of me. The day duty manager has apologised for the behaviour of a kfc Harfa Vysocany employee Tomas. I have been born in Czech Republic' Silesia and the shameless way I have been treated clearly promotes ethnical hatry and discrimination which shouldn't be a part of a kfc employees policy. That's why I have awarded kfc Harfa Vysocany only one star and have written a complain to the kfc management.
