After the horrible experience with the service at Auto Palace, finding this Mazda Service was like winning the lottery. Great level of customer care and professionalism. I have been crashed on the rear of my car and brought it to fix, Mr. Rezler took care of everything; contacting the insurance company, collecting all the documents and doing the paper work, and believe me for a foreigner with some language barriers like me this is priceless. Got the car back this morning, perfect work, so not only the customer service is great, but their mechanics and technicians are qualified persons. I am super happy about the whole experience, i strongly recommend this place.

Návštěvu servisu jsem neměl naplánovanou, nicméně jsem zkusil zavolat, vedoucí servisu Mazda pan Rezler byl do telefonu ochotný a řekl mi, ať se klidně ihned zastavím. Na místě se mě pak také velmi ochotně ujal pan Brdek. Drobný problém se světly na CX7 byl rychle - během desítek minut - vyřešen, opraveno, vynikající cena, dostal jsem navíc nabídku na slevy na další servis. Uvedené ceny (desinfekce klima, mytí vozu a Interieru apod) jsou velmi dobré (srovnávám se servisy, které obvykle využívám Toyota/Lexus). Rozhodně tedy mohu doporučit návštěvu, přístup, ochota, cena - nebudete litovat!
