I went in to get more info about buying a SIM card. I had to wait about 10 minutes before they called my number. When they did I received the pricing information but little else. The representative could not tell me anything that made O2 better than the competition. He said he just liked O2 more which was not enough info for me so I left.

They tricked me and my friend wolf of wall street style, didn’t let us know there’s a 1800CZK cancelation fee and 300CZK change of plan fee, three months notice, 30 day notice which we were not informed of after spending there about one hour in these covid-19 pandemic! They told us you can change or cancel when ever you want as soon as next month! And hand us a contract in Czech and we had no other choice but to sign it. Gave us the most expensive plan possible while we need something cheap, I specifically told them we don’t need calling and sms, we don’t have wifi yet but they gave us something that is unlimited call, sms but limited data! Their calling customer system was even worse, they hung up on us because they din’t speak any English at all and we had to wait long and ask a Czech friend to help us out. I will find out the name of the supervisor who was helping the desk clerk to do this to us and make a complain. In these hard times, a little humanity and compassion would go a long way.

Very helpful with setting up a new SIM card for a week in Prague. Quick and easy service.

Just as a warning, DO NOT GO FOR o2 INTERNET. I've talked to several people who got o2 wifi for their home and they are all having the same issues that we are. They claimed that their internet is 100mb/s which was not true, the real speed was about 10mb/s, not to mention that it went down every day around 20:00 for about 30 minutes. We then got their 5g wifi hoping to solve the issue, only to find out that the internet is inconsistent and goes down 1-2 times every hour. After an hour on hold we got to talk to one of their support staff who sent out a technician to check on the issue. He showed us that the internet is the speed it's supposed to be, but the very next day it went back down to 10mb/s. Don't get scammed. Don't go for o2...

I wouldn’t recommend go there. The are rude, not nice and looks like they don’t want to help customers. I’ve spoke with the guy with the long beard, and he was impatient, rude and got angry when I’ve asked him about O2 roaming policy in Switzerland (and lied to me) was absolutely the opposite from what O2 website said and got really angry at me. I felt really ashamed.

The most awful and worst mobilephone company I have ever seen in Europe and Asia. They charge you without advance notice, overcomplicate the fees, did not explain and the staff earns on your lack of knowledge.

Never, ever use O2. I tried to get a Traveller SIM card and the screwed me over at every possible opportunity. Their customer service is non-existent and they won’t help you at all. Save your money and stay far away from O2.
