Worst service ever in Ukraine. I bought AeroMaster XP in 2018. Firstly they forgot to put several parts. I was talking by phone about a month before they sent me servos (when I received servos, it was not fully complected, just without nothing). Second problem is controller. I need to change AC type because I have inverter system, not on-off, but there no option. Official remak reseller in Ukraine can not do anything. Also there bad controlling program of station with series of problems. I sent email to remak with questions, but no reply. Finally I strongly do not recommend to buy remak products because you will be face-to-face with your problems without any support.
