Let's start with great base camp. Guys are very helpful, you can get almost anything last minute in the shop before you hit the trails. Next to it is nice bistro and lots of places to sit and just relax. If not sure about the trails, try some bumps and jumps near base camp. With my level of trail riding I take the ascend trail and Super flow in the way down. If you don't have adequate bike, don't even try it. You can always rent a bike at base camp. When weather is nice, expect lots of bikers and sometimes crowds in trails. It is good to talk to people so you don't clog the trails. Overall, this is one of the best trails I've been to so far. Every time I'm here I make a donation to the team as they do such a great work

Nice trails, first around 7km climb, elevation gain 500m, then few paths to choose, with different difficulty. Superflow accessible for all.
Best trails in CZ, if you like it on the rock! Old hunter paths made of rocks combined with superb flow factor. Outstanding forgotten mountains. Definitely not for beginners, climbing is steap, even easy trails down need some basic mtb skills. Except family blue trail, full suspension trailbikes are very recommended. Superflow trail is the main attraction, but try Velryba and Naučná stezka. Sleep, eat and party in Zakladna. Very relaxed place.
One of the best places for mountain biking in this region! If you like prepared trails it will be perfect for you. There are trails for various type of difficulty level. Superflow will be enjoying for everyone!
One of the best trails in the area. Quite challenging in terms of fitness and skills. Trails well maintained and prepared. Not too crowded.
