We've had a massage appointment planned 2 months ahead. A text message stating that "appointment has been cancelled due to technical reasons, do call for us to book a new one" has been sent to my phone ONE HOUR before. Numerous calls to the number from text message has then been ignored.. what a customer care, do avoid.
