Interesting place with good wines. Was expecting a bit more instructions or tips along the way but not much other than tasting. No seats so expect to be standing for a good few hours. Most everything is in multiple languages which is great. This is probably the best place to go to and people shouldn't miss.

Wine shop located in Valtice castle with great selection of local Moravian wine for a good price. You can also taste wine by glass. Really good wine and a must visit if you’re in the area.
Initially it started out as good wine tasting experience. Two guys in the cellar who helped us out throughout the session were friendly and helpful. However, the lady with short hair at the cashier really ruined the whole experience after that. I purchased 4 bottles there and they did not provide any protective wrapping for international travelers. My bottles made sound by hitting each other in one plastic bag, so I politely requested for bubble wraps and this lady refused in a very rude manner saying she would not give because I had an extra plastic bag!?? It was really uncomfortable watching her treating most customers that way while I was there, showing the most unhappy face and kept refusing giving away bubble wraps and plastic bags. Are those so expensive in Czech? I could pay for it if she just nicely said it was not free. I thought it was basic to wrap bottles safely as most of their customers are travelers and I wouldn't have bought anything if I had known her bad attitude toward customers.
The woman with short black hair at the cashier counter really needs to find a new job, she is rude and should get out of the service industry as its obvious she doesn't like people. The young man in the cellar saves the day if you can get past her you should enjoy the various tasting experiences they offer, worth the effort since Czech wines are really good.
Nice cool spot on a hot day. Many Czech wines available for tasting.
