Personnel is arrogant and does everything to make your customer experience terrible. At least that was our experience with the guy who \designed\ the kitchen. No suggestions on materials and equipment after we clearly stated what's our budget limit. Basically he was just moving boxes on the screen and refused to suggest anything by saying \go to designer if you need design\. Then what's his purpose there? People can just move boxes in some online tool. Siko was total waste of time.
Large showroom, beautiful, high quality furnishings. Ordered only bathroom wall tiles. It took two weeks to be delivered to the store. Staff, however, did not explain delivery times or procedure. Found out from others that they only will place an order when there is a complete truckload to be sent to a given retail store. Called store during first week to find out when we could pick up our order, as we had our contractor onsite to demolish existing bathroom for remodelling and we advised order had not been placed. This after having to give a substantial on-refundable\ deposit. Repeated calls through the second week, same answer. Do not know of delivery date. Later in the week we did receive a text stating to come next day to pickup. At store, all they wanted was the balance of payment and ignored my comment that this practice was unacceptable. Then to receiving dock to get tiles which were brought to our vehicle by forklift, which we had to load our vehicle ourselves. As said, although the furnishings are nice and quality, we will not be using their store going forward. Lesson learned.
Recently I had kitchen from Siko in Zlicin. I'm satisfied so much with quality and service. They made up everything on time and they are very cooperative. Especially Mr. Vimpel in sales dept. was really kind. I nearly write such a comments in review but he deserve it. highly recommended!
Since March we were trying to get an estimate from them. They took two months to reply each of our emails and follow up questions, and we finally got the estimate yesterday. As we did not agree with some parts of the estimate, they now expect us to pay a fee of 1600 Kc, as they say it is too late now to request any changes. Of course it is late if they take 7 months in 3 bathrooms! Never again.
