Close to Prague, sufficient for beginners. A lot of space for kid to sleighing

It's not very big but the snow is very good, the maintenance and operation is very standard, and staff is very nice, which is very suitable for beginners. The point is only half an hour from Prague, there's sufficient parking and not many people at night.
More ice than snow, 250 czk for a pair of ski plus the boots and an extra 250 for one hour pass on the snow, a bit steep and pretty short path, medium to low difficulty, a bit crowded for my taste, not much that you could do around the area.
A very good (rather small) ski slope. Close to Prague, you can take lessons, special area for beginners, artificial good snow (even when outside temperature is 9 degrees).
Great place for kids. They had snow even though it was 10 degrees outside. The kids area was free that day due to the lack of snow. Their little restaurant had almost everything. Will go back for sure since it is like 40 min outside Prague.
Half an hour drive from Prague (south). Plenty of parking space. Great skiing and snowboarding school for kids. Reasonable prices, kind people.
Great place to have fun with your kids during winter season. The killer factor is the short distance from Prague. Definitely recommended if you wish to tech your little ones the basics of skiing.
Excellent for beginners, ski instructor/teachers were amazing and their English was excellent. The only downside is ski lesson booking system.
