The clinic is absolutely bad, the reception staff can't organize appointments. Need to wait more than one year to hear that you are still on the waiting list not giving any info on what place you currently are and how long you have to wait again. It is hard to get any answer per email from the clinic as well and you need to call to remind them to answer you. Definitely it is better to find another more professional clinic.

Perfect end to end experience. I joined Sorriso couple of months back - I passed through the entry exam, couple of oral hygiene sessions, one session to fix my 4 cavities and then an orthodontics session. Everything went smoothly. The waiting times for an available slots are sometimes unbearable (e.g. for the orthodontics session I waited 2 months) but manageable. I don't know how Sorriso deals with emergency situations in terms of planning and response rate. So far, my experience is very pleasant and I do recommend this clinic to anybody.
We are Patients Dallal - AL Khashmi we've been patients of the Sorriso clinic in Brno since October 2018 I would like to share my experience with the rest of the Brno expats community. Unfortunately the clinic is unorganized and unprofessional our first appointment was on 29/Oct/2018 at 8:30 first visit consultation, 2nd appointment for execution was set for the 18/Dec/2018 at 15:30 the clinic called us, they apologized and cancelled the appointment, a new appointment was to 15/Feb/2019 soonest they can offer we had no option but to accept. Now today 11/Feb/2019 they call us again and they want to cancel and reschedule to 28/Mar/2019 because the Dr. will be off on vacation. Unfortunately this kind of unprofessional treatment has been ongoing for 5months already, the clinic really needs to get organized and respect the time of their patients. We had to cancel our vacation plans for February because we are waiting for the appointment. Very disappointing. In addition, (Receptionist/phone operators needs some customer support training) on how to be nice to customers over the phone. Absolutely not recommended!
Bad experience they keep arranging and canceling appointments every time
KATASTROFA!!! Nemohu kompetentně posoudit kvalitu samotných zubařských zákroků. To bych chtěl věřit, že to je snad v pořádku. Ale způsob komunikace a chování paní Filipi je jedna velká katastrofa. Arogantní hulvát s vystupováním hodně za hranou slušného chování. To je bohužel ještě to menší zlo. Její lživou zdravotní dokumentaci budu řešit přes Českou stomatologickou komoru.
Skvělá dentální ordinace. Perfektně mi srovnali zuby, a když jsem měl během léčby nějaké námitky a stížnosti, tak byli zubaři/zubařky velmi ochotní mi vyhovět. A navíc mají pěknou ordinaci s moderním designem. Vřele doporučuji.
Naprosto profesionální péče a přístup. Tým opravdových odborníků, kteří si poradí se vším!
Po roku a pol cakania na termin bez akejkolvek dalsej informacie nam bolo povedane ze sa nachadzame na 255 mieste z 330. Tento servis nema obdobu a rozhodne neodporucam stracat s touto klinikou cas. Samozrejme iba ak by ste mali chut nim mrhat.
