Good rooms decorated with classical style but elegant and with modern equipment. The location is superb, in the heart of the city and in a very quiet street. Breakfast is relly great in choice, quality and is changed everyday. The swimming pool is a bit small but clean. Recommended.

Nice location. Central. Next to good restaurants and geysers. Room is spacious. The apartments consist of a bedroom, a corridor, room and a large bathroom. Slippers available. Coffee and tea for an additional fee incide room. There is a kettle, coffee cups and glasses. nice furniture. But double bed wich supposed to be one has 2 separate beds together
Best spa hotel
This hotel is a nightmare. There are 320 hotels in Karlsbad, no reason to stay here.
Bed is not comfortable, no more pillow ..

Spa anwendungen sind sehr gut, das gesamte Personal absolut zuvorkommend und nett, Küche ist auch gut, Preis und Qualität stimmen. Leider habe immer noch keine Rechnung bekommen trotz mehreren Telefonaten!!!! Immer wieder andere ausreden, Geld habe in Bar fast 2000 Euro bezahlt, hab gelernt zuerst Rechnung dann das Geld!!!
