I made an order through Bolt in this restaurant 20.11.2020. By mistake I forgot to order naan bread, so to get some help I called to the restaurant (I was ready to pay this bread, but I didn’t want to make another order not to pay delivery). The man who answered told that “he doesn’t have time to decide it”. It’s horrible service for me. I work as well in a very popular bistro in the city, and we also have very busy sometimes, but I will always decide the problem of customer. All he needed is to contact Bolt support and to ask to add the item to the order(Bolt food doesn’t have good support for the customer side, so I couldn’t do it). If you cannot - you don’t have time - I think it’s possible to add a bread as a present (I do it as well for customer, for example with a big bill - we had 500kč) The food was good, but the service made the mood of the dinner..

I have waited for my delivery for more than 1 hour 20 minutes. When I wanted my money back, I was told it's not possible. Would not recommend

Disappointment. I had boss’specialty - chicken dilder. Sauce was like a water and without any flavour. I ordered medium hot but it was totally mild. Not ordering again.
We just happened upon Spice India on our way back to out hotel. What a pleasant surprise! I had Curry Chicken and my husband had Jal Frezi Chicken. The portion sizes were generous and the food was delicious. I have food allergies and was happy that all the allergies were clearly marked. I highly recommend Spice India!
The food was good, though, for the price, I would expect little more. I ordered Chana Bhuna, and it was only chickpeas in sauce, very simple, for full meal price. For the price I would expect more. They also refuse to offer tap water. Service was good. I will definitely visit again and try other food :)
Good food, nice people. I went in the morning hours, there was this staff who was serving me, he was lost in his world, got my order and forgot to give plates and spoons, had to ask for it after waiting for 5 minutes looking at the order. No body cared about asking for water as well. Quality and quantity of food made up for everything, prices are good.
