Always cool, the only store in the city with kid clothes. Big, with elevator and mobile stairs, it is whenever worth a visit. Home store close by too.

Temperature was 34 celcius, We'd been walking around under the scorching sun for a couple of hours... I wanted to rip off my disgustingly patched T-shirt and wear something fresh... And boom! An H&M shop! 10 euros, 60 seconds in the fitting room after paying for the item and I'm totally refreshed. You understand I really, really liked H&M, don't you!?
THE worst service I have ever experienced, the lady at the fitting rooms was super rude and very impatient. One of the shirts I was holding fell so I picked it up only for her to snatch it away from me aggressively. When I told her I wanted it, she threw it at me. Also, the other time I forgot to bring the hangers with me so she told me to get them but i didn’t speak czech so I signaled to her that i don’t understand. She then angrily tapped on the clothing rack in front of me to signal the hangers. I honestly don’t know what’s her problem as i was being nice the whole time. Such a shame since this branch is close to me but i will not come here again. Train your employees better next time.
Good place to purchase clothes , the dress were comparatively cheaper ,and you can get nice offers, now the winter clothes are very cheaper and nice place
Shops too hot and the checkout lady looked like she hated her job lol... Otherwise decent clothes for good price

Personally I like their linnen clothes.
Used to be one of my favourite Prague h&m shop. Now a stressful place to go, due to the numerous security men stalking around as I'm non-white. Even when I go with white friends and loudly speaking in English. My friends have noticed as well. The treatment goes the same for all their Prague shops though
