The water park was under reconstruction, but otherwise great place to go with kids.
I can only comment on the outdoor ice rink at Gutovka, which operates when it is cold enough. The rink is not full-sized, but is decent for 3 vs. 3 games. There are full-size hockey nets. The changing rooms have showers and are well-iluminated and heated. There is also a very small kiosk selling hot drinks and assorted confectionary. I have played here numerous times as part of an organised group and I would say it is much better than the outdoor rink at Frantishek. Ice is even, and there is a roof, although the sides are open to the elements. An operator zambonis the ice between sessions.
Nice skatepark with great community. They will respect your lines if you're going to respect theirs. The only bad thing about this skatepark is the smell. No joke, there's some kind of toilet near, that actually smells really bad.
