The equipment itself and the conditions are good but the service can be much better. I use this solarium regularly but I chose the days that I go according to who is behind the counter. One of the girls has a horrible attitude to customers. Already a couple of times I approached her in English regarding the permanentky card that I wanted to recharge and she screams SORRY NO ENGLISH, basically kicking me out. Its a very basic request but she is always in a bad mood like Im interrupting her movie or whatever she is doing behind the counter. I just left without charging my card and was very upset. It was sunday afternoon. I came back on Monday evening to a very nice girl and finally I could charge my card and use the service. Because of this experience, I was considering changing to a different solarium. She needs to improve her attitude or customers will go somewhere else

Máme to tu moc rádi. Toto solárium navštěvujeme oba :). Využila jsem možnost permanentky jako dárek a super. Kartička se dá nahrát do mobilu, jen další plus. Nikdy žádný problém a opálení je krásné. Děkujeme.
Dobře opakující solárium, cena odpovídá lokalitě
Já byla s kamarádkou včera večer po práci. Slečna na recepci milá a moc hezká, potetovana. Hezky se s ni mluvilo. Problém s nahozenim solarka vyřešen do minutky. Za mě vše super. Nechápu hodnocení jiných uživatelů. Bylo by dobré se zamyslet jak se zákazníci chovají k obsluze.
Moc příjemná paní v solári.
