The lady at the counter was the most unfriendly person ever (probably because me and my friend did not speak Czech). Then my puppy peed on the floor and, on top of being visibly upset about it, she asked us to clean ourselves. As a puppy owner, it never happened to me that someone in a store asked me to clean when my puppy had an accident, and i think it is unacceptable from a pet store.

Nice little place - better than the mall. Some of the staff also speak English if your Czech is not perfect. Everything you would need and at the same time you are supporting the little guys!

They have a pretty good selection of stuff for a variety of pets and the staff is very friendly and super helpful. When we asked about some silly substrate for our bunny the girl we approached just dropped what she was doing and went looking for the exact thing we wanted with us. But the main reason we will be coming back here is to look at the sting rays they have in the aquarium! Those are absolutely stunning to watch and you just can't get enough.

Loved the giraffes but lions were very expensive. Pandas were on a bit two get one free. Don't listen to the parrot he is a liar
