To buy a cigar there’s always a problem: one day the staff doesn’t want to sell anymore because it’s 10min before closing (?!?), another day they seem to be simply to lazy to open the humidor and find a silly excuse. One can literally smell that obviously the staff is employed and does not care about service (and turnover) at all. Guys, you better get your cigars somewhere else...
