There were some issues with the chalet we booked. When I told the Novasol representative I was a bit dissapointed to be honest, he thanked me for the feedback so he can make the experience for other guests better. I was taken seriously, respected and heard. Some things could not be fixed quickly for us (Sunday) but Novasol told us they wanted us to be sattisfied and have a nice holiday so they moved us to the newly renovated appartments free of charge. It is not often that you find such excellent customer service and complaint management. I wrote my thesis about complaint management so I know a little bit about it, top marks for Novasol. As for the site, it is beautifull and everything is there. It is hard to get our kids away from the playground and trampoline ;-). The restaurant is very nice. Good quality for a good price and friendly service. There is even a well assorted supermarket nearby, you can walk there. Also at walking distance you will find the train station with good connections to Prague and other destinations. We recommend visiting Kutna H (see pictures) too.
