I love meat, I love grilled meat. Here on this roof terrace, equipped with heaters, they have a great grill and they have an excellent chef who turned rib eye steak meat into a delicacy! Views of the surroundings beautiful, lots of red roofs and landmarks like the old town hall, churches and so on
Make reservations and hopefully you will get a good seat. I didn’t have any so I went at opening at 11am. We sat down right away and enjoyed our beautiful views. The prices for drinks and food are decent. The food was okay, not amazing. Server was friendly. Included in the bill is the 30czk cover charge and the service charge is already included as well! Definitely worth going to. Credit cards accepted. Enter through hotel and take the lift all the way up.
I don’t think this place deserves the rating it has right now, so I’m giving one star. The food is overpriced and not tasty. Cocktails were okay and overpriced as well. We asked for a check twice, waited for over 20 minutes and on the way to cashier’s found our waiter just hanging out and laughing with other staff. After that they added 10% of service charge to the bill, that we asked to remove as we were not satisfied with the service. The only thing good was a view for insta photos.
Fantastic view of the old town. The terrace is small and pretty and can give your amazing pictures from a particular point. For the view, I would have given 5 stars. The lady who ushers you to your seat is kind and seems to do her job well. However, the spoilsport is the poor service by the waiters and the overpriced food. The waiter that served us was not at all friendly. The food took too long to come. The waiter kept avoiding eye contact with us and did not even check if we wanted any assistance. The dishes were not good and the price was unjustified. I would still not mind the food taste because it may not have appealed to us but it may appeal to some, but how do you justify poor service? All in all, a place worth visiting only for the pictures...nothing more!
First of all positives: the view. Its really Nice, you see most of the old town around and if you have a Nice weather you can take beautiful photographs and spend splendid time looking around yourself. Negatives: - understaffed - Its very busy and therefore the service takes time. - the staff is not very professional. They were Nice and all But Kept Missing little things which a Good waitress would spot without me saying anything. - food - not so great. Its not worth what you Pay for. Portions are small which would be Ok, if the food was amazingly delicious, which is not. Basically, you would get the same quality with 2x more portion and 2x less price somewhere. The idea of the food itself is not bad But the execution is poor. My feeling is that the restaurant works As a one time tourist attraction and i would definitely not come to eat here again, which is a shame when you think About the location which is lovely and has a huge potential for more.
An exqusite place to sit and view the famous sights of Prague from an exclusive location. Perched on a rooftop terrace accessible by a lift and then some stairs, sits Terasa U Prince; a cafe/bar/restaurant. It's not easy to find, there are no signposts and but once you meander up, you find yourself on a compact rooftop overlooking the historical buildings in and around the Old Town Square. Great for solo, couples and small groups, this should be on the itinerary of any visitor to Prague.
