Zero stars!! Worst courier service I have ever used. It's been 4 days and our express package has not arrived. I paid 280 EUR for a 2.4 kg package to be delivered from Gallarte, Italy to Prague, to arrive in 1-2 days. I called to verify address and they have all the correct information but they claim they had the wrong address, another day they say the business address was closed, ... nothing but lies... We will have to pick it up ourselves. Very frustrating! Do not use this service, unless you want to pick it the mail yourself.

Velmi špatné, nespolehlivé, nedoporučuji. Expresní dopis doručují už týden. Po posledním včerejším ujištění \zítra určitě dovezeme\ jsem se po dni čekání dozvěděla, že \dnes to opět nenaložili\. Ryhlejší by bylo obyčejnou poštou nebo s tím jít pěšky.
