I have been going there for years and always had the most amazing and brilliant service

I was disappointed with this studio before when I went for a pedicure and shellack. The quality was so bad that I had to go there again right the day after! However, today I gave it a chance and went for the eye lashes. It was terrible! The environment, the treatment, the toxic smell from the nail polish!!! On top of that, the lady was so rude, I had glue in my eye and it was watery the whole time and it hurt. I told her that and she did nothing about that. Then I was falling asleep and she told me not to sleep (I dont know why because it is normal during this)...in the end, she called her children and put the phone on speaker and she was shouting next to my ear...how rude is that! I was there to refill my lashes and the price I was told was around 700czk...and she asked for 1000czk after this terrible experience! But I was so angry that I just gave her money and left! To conclude, the service is poor, the emoloyees are rude, the quality is poor, the prices are high....I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
Manicure plus nail polish - done very badly. The girl could not speak the language (or even english) and was simply rude, unprofessional and seemed that she was putting nail polish first time in her life. Tools were dirty and desinfected only very roughly. Filing was done negligently, nails had a different shape each, and were not straight either. Dust and residual from filing not removed from nails before putting the color. No base layer on nails before the colour. First time was a disaster, my fingers were dirty from nail polish, nail polish had am uneven surface, air bubbles and some black spots (dust?). She was asked to re-do it by her colleague. Second time somehow better, but i still had air bubbles from an excessive amount of nail polish. Not mentioning how dusty the nail stations were. Not to be recommended! The worst manicure experience I've ever had...
Very kind and good hairdresser. Not expensive, good location. No need to make appointments weeks/days prior.
I would give them zero stars if that was an option. Myself and a friend walked in to get her nails done and I was gonna get my head washed and blow dried .after walking for almost an hour my friend got called to get her nails done and immediately after that I was told that the hairdresser can't make it in . If we were told that earlier we would have went somewhere else by the time she told me my friend already was getting her nails done and I was just sitting there waiting for her to finish. Waste of time
It was really good, so i will come back. I recommend
The worst nailstudio in Prag. Do not ever go there! Impolite and rude treatment with the customers, the nails are not done in a suitable way. It's no worth spending money for that.
I recommend to visit 100% satisfaction.
