I was there today for the first time. I was helping my blind uncle to do some shopping. There was more sales people in that store than customers but non of them cared to come and help us. Every time we needed something we had to almost chase them down to get some answer. There aren't signs in each aisle what is where so we had to walk through the whole store to find what we needed. My uncle gave up, frustrated, and we left empty handed.

A sad reflection of the old Baumax, hard to find almost all fittings and building materials. As luck would have it a decent builders merchants is opening next door.
Not spectacular but still a good place to buy construction materials when everything else is closed.
