Life-changing! Found out Mary is giving a beginner class for ashtanga yoga through a facebook post. Didn’t know what that was about, but did yoga before. I learned more in the 2 months following than in 10 years of yoga I did before. People can’t believe how I transformed. And with the adjustments now, I still experience something new every time I go there. ( at least twice a week ). So be aware, you will be hooked!

Maria is the best ashtanga yoga teacher you could've asked for. Professional, kind, helpful and very positive. Even without prior hands on experience with yoga I was able to follow and start practising from first lesson - that's why for beginners I highly recommend her Beginners course where you'll be taught first half of primary serie. Looking forward to mysore classes now, where I will work on improving my practise. Thanks Maria! :)
A wonderful memory in Prague. The vibe in studio is peaceful and warm. I really enjoy practicing here and I can feel the changes of my mind and body during the course. Maria is a great teacher. She is very kind and friendly. I can’t thank her enough for this amazing experience.
I have finished a beginner yoga course and I am definitely going to continue practice yoga in this studio. Maria is an excellent teacher. Her explanations are clear and understandable, but how she does asanas motivates to continue practicing. I definitely recommend it!
My first experience with Ashtanga yoga felt like finding something I have been missing for a long time (and didn't know). A friend recommended a beginner's course with Maria, and I thought it couldn't hurt. It was clear from the beginning that this was something special and truly is. Ashtanga yoga itself is not just a physical exercise, but above all a way to get to know yourself, calm your mind a strengthen your patience. Yoga Dealers is a great place thanks to Maria, who I think is incredible teacher. Thanks to her passion and kindness a great community of people has emerged, which is a bit surprising to me given the individual nature of Ashtanga. Also, I highly appreciate Maria's respect for everyone's individual limits, as well as her constant effort to push those limits :-)

Best yoga studio in Prague. English friendly, acceptable prices and wonderful teacher. You can start to practice even if you are beginner and be sure you will be treated carefully with full attention. Teacher often provides extra classes support with video, audio tutorials and meditations. Great place to become stronger with your mind and soul!
Yoga Dealers is Maria and the boost of energy you will get after practicing with her! Don’t rush, step by step the right asana will overtake. Also ask for Ayurveda Massage and get your body and mind a unique experience ️ Totally recommend.
