The heating system doesn't work properly. The receptionist doesn't make any effort. There is no common space in the building and no community platform. They have a big screen that we cannot use for project, movies, ... each time we ask for the remote, they ask why.

Studied abroad this summer in Prague and stayed here for almost 2 months. My time in Prague was great, except living here was awful. The building itself is very gross, and hardly anything works. It is super dirty, and the bedrooms are very, very small, and have bugs/paint peeling, weird stains. The first day I got there, there was a massive stain on my bed. The water was occasionally brown, sometimes even got turned off without the administration letting residents know beforehand. The wifi also didn't work at all, so if you need that for any reason, definitely do not live here. Overall, avoid Zeitraum.

Great place to stay! I went through bad reviews being little bit sceptic about this place, but none of them met my worries. Nothing dramatic happened, only good experience. Thank you :)
Nice hotel for student.
I was there for 6 months and must say that was the worst experience I’ve ever had. Watch out what you want to book since they might fraud you. - Big size of the room is not the same as on their website photos; - keep every proof of rental payment since they can ask for any of it months after you leave; - accounting department not doing their job properly - deposit must be paid several weeks before you get in. On the other hand, upon your leave, you will be waiting for weeks (maybe even months) for the deposit to be returned - very impolite receptionist - a lot of garbage on each floor on a daily base - usually very dirty kitchen - if any construction works, it is normal to be on a Saturday as well, starting usually at 7:30am - to expensive for what you get All in all, huge mistake i signed contract for a 6 months period. Lately, I found out there was no chance to cancel the contract earlier and get deposit back, even if I would be the one who will find my own replacement.
Recommend this place to anyone. Really friendly staff members. Safe and reliable location and services. Close location to trams.
I have lived here for over 8 months and I can say it was a great experience. Coming from the states I was worried about secureness and safety. This is the safest and most reliable student housing in all of Prague. The team is always there to respond to any questions or concerns, at night the security guard is there watching over the building. You simply pay rent online and there are maids consistently cleaning the whole building. Everyone is super friendly. Regarding my hosing situation. I had the opportunity to stay at a personal apartment. I loved it! I had my own kitchen, bathroom, full bedroom that was already all furnished. The best part is your rent is included with your utilities and internet so you don't pay additional charges (which in Czech is really hard to find because thats how they scam you on rent). I am not getting paid to write this review, I had a great experience here and I know when I was moving across the world I was reading all reviews make sure it was legit, so I am writing this to help others have the same:) I hope you have a great experience like I did!
