Only 1 staff at Golden apple (Zlin) understands and communicates in English. As soon as I get there, everyone runs as I patiently wait for the English speaker to turn up. Fortunately, she's good, and I commend her. But the jittering by other staff when they see me is quite unbearable. Maybe you should always have multilingual staff at the counter.

Standard fact food chain store. Unfortunately they have not solved the air conditioning problem so when you walk by in the summer you smell all that terribly stinky burnt oil even outside.
